Eric Stevens studied Sociology and Psychology at both Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. However, Eric did not follow these fields. He instead decided to start his real estate career. Eric Stevens currently has several successful business ventures in real estate that help him maintain his financially free status. He has his real estate license where he has helped himself save thousands of dollars by being able to purchase his own properties. Initially, Eric’s goal was to buy and hold rental properties. However, over the years Eric’s career has evolved to include accomplishments in the rehabilitation of homes, the development of raw land, and the building of both new single family homes and multi-family dwellings. In the past year alone, Eric has purchased over 40 units of foreclosure properties.
Eric Stevens is also the President of a construction company, which have been building single family homes and multi-family units for families since 2001. As Eric receives continued success for himself and his family, he enjoys teaching others how they can become experts at real estate to enable them to reach their dreams of financial security. He takes great pride in the opportunity to teach thousands of people how they can “fire their boss”.
Arcadio Diaz Jr. was born and raised in New Jersey. He graduated from Bloomfield College with Bachelors in Business Administration, and then attended NYU to receive his Masters in Real estate Investment and Finance. Soon after, Arcadio Diaz Jr. joined the United States military where he was awarded the position of Sergeant in the United States Air Force before receiving honorable discharge in 1994. He has been working in the creative real estate arena as an investor and speaker for approximately fourteen years. Arcadio began his real estate career by owning and operating a Real estate investment company in Northern New Jersey.
In addition, Arcadio Diaz Jr. was a real estate Portfolio Manager based out of Manhattan, New York, where his responsibilities included, but were not limited to: managing a $1.1 billion dollar portfolio, representing approximately $400 million dollars in equity investment, and encompassing over 12,000 residential units during this time. Finally, Arcadio Diaz Jr. is the founder of two highly successful Florida Real estate Investment and Brokerage firms.
Arcadio Diaz and Eric Stevens have joined forces to take the Probate market by storm. With a combined 30 years of experience in real estate these two powerhouses have accumulated a wealth knowledge which they are ready to share with the rest of the nation. |
