Dyches Boddiford has been a real estate investor since 1980. He's been in corporate America for over 20 years, serving as vice-president of two corporations, the last being a 25 million dollar high tech company. In 1986 he formed The Oaks Group, Inc. to handle real estate related activities and since 1991 has devoted full time to making this company grow. He speaks from experience in owning apartments, single-family homes, mobile homes, land development, buying discount mortgages, and making mortgage loans. He's bought and sold properties using Land Trusts. He's also a Past President of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association.
Dyches Boddiford is a full-time instructor who has written books and teaches seminars on Self-Directed IRAs, Intoduction to Corporations, The Nevada Corporation, Advanced Corporate Strategies, Business Tax Strategies, Introduction to LLCs, Introduction to Estate Planning with Asset Protection, Guerilla Bankruptcy Tactics for Creditors, Investing in Mobile Homes Discount Notes, Private Lending as well as other topics. He's not an attorney or accountant by choice, but Dyches Boddiford's practiced knowledge gained over the years from sheer need is far and above that of most CPS's or other professionals at the top of their field. |
