Justin Ryan has been knee-deep in real estate investing for his entire life, his parents were landlords for 22 years. Justin has personally been investing since becoming a young man and has created a real estate portfolio that most seasoned investors would be envious of.
He has invested using every strategy under the sun…from landlording to lease option investing to foreclosure investing. He doesn’t do ANY of those anymore, because he found a better way to invest in real estate.
Justin has recently teamed up with best-selling author and national real estate educator Wendy Patton. Together, they use a specialized system to create enormous wealth in real estate. Justin specializes in emerging markets. This can be in the form of MANY different TYPES of real estate. It is typically in the form of new construction, pre-construction, vacant land, or commercial real estate.
He also takes things to the ultimate level of profitability by investing in properties that are UNKNOWN to the public. Justin Ryan and his partner Wendy Patton have achieved extraordinary success by investing in these unknown properties – only in emerging markets. |
