Mark Gonsalves has been a business owner since 1992. Since then he has moved on to being the Director of Business Development Offices at the U.S. Foreclosure Institute. As a Director, Mark travels around the US teaching distressed home owners on the many ways of avoiding Foreclosure.
In addition to his residential experience, Mark Gonsalves previously worked with Dandrews Capital in New York City managing commercial hedge funds.
Mark Gonsalves has completed over $44M dollars in private equity deals and currently owns a 123 unit complex on a golf course in West Palm Beach, Fl, called Emerald Dunes. Mark continues to invest till this day, and aside from his current real estate business, he also ventures in the Food and Wine Industry.
Mark Gonsalves has a military education from Fort Union Military Academy and is also a veteran of the US Special Forces. He proudly served his country for 8 years, and would like to thank all the men and women in uniform for their services.
