Claude is one of the nation’s leading experts in debt negotiations. And he is also a leading expert in the legal paperwork required to secure the property, perform short-sales, sell the home and close the deal. In 1978, he and his wife's first home was also the first foreclosure home he purchased. Having worked in the real estate industry to get through college, Claude's formal education led him to assisting surgeons in surgery and teaching the clinical education for Surgical Technology Students. Claude has written various articles throughout his education; one which was chosen to be published in a prominent surgical journal through Mary Grove College in the early 1980's. He is the author of Doc Anatomy, a textbook for high school level home school students. Now for the Real Estate Investment industry he has written numerous educational manuals. |
