The most common problems in regards to access are pop-up blockers, firewalls, and internet security settings.
1. If you use a pop-up blocker, please disable it before clicking "Enter Chat Room".
2. If you use a firewall, please disable it before clicking "Enter Chat Room".
3. You may also need to lower your internet security settings. These can typically be found on Microsoft Explorer under Tools, then Internet Options. |
