There are several ways to meet investors.

Ad in the newspapers
Bandit signs
REI clubs
website
Call others bandit signs
Call other investors ads wanting to buy houses
Advertise on clubs sites like this one
Realtors
Search deed records for out of town buyers

if your deal is a true deal, post it here or on a local rei site and you should have investors fighting over it.

go to your local rei club meetings and tell people about it.

once it's under contract you should have no problem flipping it
