Instead of just leaving it out with an oops, how about including a line that says "Call for a free report....".

I honestly doubt anyone is going to call for a free report. They want to hear you're going to fix their problem. You need urgency in your mailing. How many times have you called for a free report offered on TV?

I was only saying not to put the word on the outside. Of course it says it in the letter.

I never said not to say it to them. I was just thinking the saying would entice them to open it over others.

It wasn't ment to be an 'oops', just giving them some privacy and self recpect.
