i don't think so....she was actually at my atty's office on wedesday of this week telling them she was going to purchase the home back....what a crock

got it under agreement for 382,000  w/ contingency on selling " their" home...im still able to show it an entertain offers, as long as i give the people a 24 hr notice to buy the home and remove the contigency...only had it on the market for a couple day's...pretty sure i'll get a better offer...

Ya know I hate to say it but for all that she's crazy.. Seems to me she's crazy like fox.  I mean let's assume foreclosure after 90days of non-payment... possibly 180, but let's go with 90.

So she's behind on her utilities, hasn't paid mortgage in 90 days or her taxes for the year...
Then it sells at auction, she refuses to leave and draws out a legal case that lasts effectively another 3 months, during which the new purchaser on her home pays her taxes, and pays her utilities... who she's also not paying rent to.  Seems to me she got a free ride for 6 months.

Nut job, and a good lesson, but even still 6 month free ride. *shakes her head* guess it takes all kinds
