A few questions...
«

Hi,
I'm looking for attorney resources to create and LLC in GA.
1) Once I have my LLC, what are the benefits of an S-Corp in addition to an LLC?
I will also need a good CPA in GA.
2) Do you have a list of reputable CPA's that truly understand investor's concerns & needs?
3) I'm looking to build an Excel type worksheet to help me know if I've found a real deal (number chrunching steps, if you will). Will you share the worksheet that you use?
4) When can I obtain various contract templates?
Thank you,
SPC

Conventional wisdom: Buy and hold in an LLC, flip/wholesale with the S-Corp.

Get contracts from a local Realtor or your lawyer
Are closings in Georgia still handled by attorneys rather than by title companies?

Don't make the mistake a lot of new investors do & set up an S-Corp too soon, it will cost more $$$ than it's worth. My CPA told me not to set up an S-Corp unless I was going to net at least $25000
Starting with an LLC is a good idea. You only have to file taxes yearly instead of quarterly like a corp
