Jeet,
I am interested in this note business and have brought a couple courses on it and read the paper source site as well. You stated that in this business people come to you and you do not chase them. How is that possible? Also, how did you get started and did you have a mentor?

I just started my business. But it is hard to find notes for sure. I bought my system through Wes-State mortgage. It does not have more of what Ross Delbys has to offer. But congradualation to you Jeet. Do you advertise your business through news paper?
By the way, Hi everyone. Hopefully, you all will boost my confident on starting my business. I am happy that I have found a forum that does the same thing that I am doing. It will surely help me. Like one of you post your replies, how do you just go and offer your business to the bank?

Dell Investor,
I have a system that works for me, a system that is very efficient and very good at bringing in and filtering leads. This way, I do not waste my time. How did I get started? Well, as far as notes are concerned, I remember really liking the idea and I started to develop a passion for it and doing deals. This way, my energy levels increased and I really really enjoyed what I was doing. And yes, I did have a mentor.
Continued Success,
jeet.

Ka,
Thank you, and no, I do not advertise via newspaper, it isn't very cost effective. As far as offering my business to the bank, did I say that? In any event, there are ways to do that if that is something you'd be interested in doing. I would talk to a banker over lunch and ask him/her if there is a need of investors to take over delinquent paper, etc.
Any more questions?
Continued Success,
jeet.

so Jeet, how do people know about your business? And I have my system already. Its just a matter of starting it. How do you get people to come to you if you didn't advertise? Hopefully, my post wasn't to rude. Jeet, hopefully you won't mind me asking you question here and there. Because you are more experience than me. I'm a beginner. So I will need your help and by asking you question.

Russ Dalbey is a GREAAAAAAAT start if you trying to learn about it. I highly encourage you to get a coach through the program. It costs a couple grand but he sends it back to you after they help you through your 10 th deal.

I'm currently doing my first deal. If you have not done the coaching you are really not equipping yourself properly. I thought I could do it without a coach, but you are on a crash course that will only cost you money and time.
