I still can't tell what the heck happened to them and what's going on with them now from the lengthy blog above.  They sure are a hot topic in Utah Valley right now.

Claud Rick Koerber, i.e., Franklin Squires, et. al, having mormon ties, might have caught the attention of the Church's leaders: http://www.deseretnews.com/article/1,5143,695261200,00.html Now, neither I, nor the LDS church, nor anybody, is saying that this is directed towards Franklin Squires specifically, but that was the first thought that popped into my head when I heard about it.

C. RICK KOERBER, an individual, Defendant.

SUMMONS

Judge  Gary D. Stott
THE STATE OF UTAH TO C. RICK KOERBER:
You are summoned and required to answer the attached Complaint.  Within twenty (20) days after service of this summons, you must file your written answer with the clerk of the court at the following address: 125 North 100 West, Provo, UT  84601, and you must mail or deliver a copy to plaintiff’s attorney at the address listed below.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  The subject matter of the lawsuit is the claim by plaintiff Harbor Real Asset Fund, LP against C.
