Why limit yourself to Atlanta? Does it really mater where the lender is located?

No. It does not. I just want good service. I would like a hard money lender who can service loans in AL, FL, & GA.

I have worked with 4R Management out of Chicago and Rick is great to work with.  I think they have an ad on this site.  If they don't let me know and I will get the number.  They do require a decent credit score and an after value appraisal subject to repairs.
