Looking for feedback...

What do you think about some room/option where people can post/share videos and documents?  

Example:  I'm looking at a potential property and I have been provided with operating statements, etc. and I also walk thru the property and video tape the interior/exterior and the surounding properties.  I go home and post the video/documents along with my question.

Do you think this is a good idea?  Do you think this is practical?  Do you think there is a demand for this type of option?

I think that sounds like a great idea. The question is will people take the time to view everything before providing answers. My guess is yes.

I think so.  I would love to actually see the properties that people are talking about.

Not to mention the more sets of eyes you have look at a property, the better chance you have that someone might see something you missed.
