Im very new in this business. Im still a UNI student and I have developed a site for real-estate in an effort to start a business or at least make some money. I sell ads to local property owners or estate agents.

What’s the least cost way to advertise a site to get both people that want to sell (so to pay for the ads) and people that wish to buy??

Thanks

Here are a few ways to get the word out:

1) You can hand out flyers at REIA meetings.
2)  Print it out on your business cards.
3) Advertise in local paper or on-line, like on http://www.craigslist.org

To do more on-line, your site must be designed to attract attention of the search engines.  This usually comes from a content rich website.  So if you need to pump up your site, try: http://www.sitesell.com/marketing101216.html

Another thing you want to try and do is collect e-mail addresses from visitors that come to your site.  You need them to sign up on your list, and you have to come up with a good reason for them to do so.
