Hi all,
Have you guys seen on Ebay the take over payments on a home for two years and pay balance afterwards. What are thoughts about those ads.

The chances are they are investors offering their properties on a Land Contract or Lease Option.
Owners of properties typically do not understand how to sell their houses creatively.
