I need help finding a contract for wholesaling properties and contracts to hold properties in my name until I sell it to an investor.   :-\Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

What is wrong with the standard real estate commission contract in your state that is available at title companies, Realtors, and on line thru most state agencies?
