I'd be curious to hear from anyone who signed up for the Jim Peters Tour after the teleseminar last night, what they thought of the tour when they get back.

The research I did on his tours was not reassuring - the people who wrote glowing reviews didn't provide any specifics (always suspicious) but there were several people who had specific examples of how things didn't pan out (builder's increasing the required deposit, lack of the promised endusers despite supposedly only choosing projects with people chomping at the bit to buy, etc, etc).

Seems like with all these "gurus", they've figured out its easier (and more profitable) to sell the concept of REI than  to do it

I too am very interested in hearing real feedback from anyone who goes on the tours.  I did find this website:

It gives pros and cons.  

I only wish I could talkwith some of these people...

Has anyone else found more detailed information?
