Hunting down property!

I have to say this forum is one of the best sources for Real Estate information I have come across. I immediately added it to the favorites and registered with the forum.

I wanted to start a thread asking people to share some of there secrets on finding the next big property. (Web sites, News Papers, .etc)

I am very new to buying real estate so I would be looking forward to reading just how some of you hunt down your next properties to buy!



Buy the way I am interested in properties for investment purposes. I currently live in Florida and attend college in Tallahassee. I am originally from Miami and have to say the property down there is “unrealistic” with its prices.

I would love to hunt down property more North from Miami. This is one of the reasons I am trying to start this thread
