Bird Dogging Resources..?

Hi Everyone! I am new to the forum. I am interested in starting to do "Bird Dogging."  Are there any books available that focus on this particular subject? I have been searching for books but they seem to focus on Real Estate Investing. I would like to eventually start real estate investing but I need some books on "Bird Dogging."  If anyone can assist me, please help me. Thanks!

Below is some info that I provide Birddogs..

System for Birddogs                     
                     
I. Driving for Dollars                     
1)   When driving around look out for "Ugly Houses" or FSBOs signs                  
                     
   a) Definition of "Ugly Houses", are residential properties that have:                  
      - Tall grass, hugh bushes and unkept yards               
      - Boards on doors and windows (Vacant)               
      - Fire Damage               
      - Beat up siding (Paint needed)               
      - Old roofs               
      - Broken windows               
      - Big orange stickers (Condemned Property)               
      - Mailbox is filled with mail and newspapers are everywhere               
      - During the winter, Property is not shoveled or plowed               
                     
2)   Write down address and area.                   
3)   Take a picture of the property or provide a description       
4)   Provide CMT Real Estate with information from steps 2 and 3
