I knew someone would ask that question. LOL I meant to address it.

OK, if someone truly did "everything" they were supposed to do and recieved $0, then they need to take that up with the person who gave them the product or trained them. They need to ask Questions. By doing so, they may realized that they haven't done everything, or they may have realized that taking shortcuts on this or that.

Above all else, if they still can't suceed and they are doing everything they are told, then they should simply request a refund, if there was a money back guarntee.

But what if there is no money back guarantee, Lamar?

Then you simply got burned...  Sorry to say... However, that is why you have to have good judgement and be able to identify the authentic and genuine investors from the shammers and scammers! Build a rapport, look at the value they give you, and then make your decision. I can't tell you how to decide.

Investing in your education is like investing in a home. They're will always be risks involved. With Control comes less risk. By doing your DUE Dilligence whether it be to invest in a home or invest in your education, you'll be able to make a decision whether to move forward or not.

I've personally met the man. Not a genius, actually has a real ego problem.
It doesn't surprise me that he gets angry and black balls people who request a refund. The truth is hard to handle probably, especially when people point out that his system is "slapped together." Because its true.
His marketing strategies are what made him millions; "Mark Evans DM", whats with that? the "DM" I mean... "Dungeon Master"??
Actually, its more likely a subliminal marketing tool to make him look like a  "MD". Which is just a self given title to a self righteous person.
Here's the thing... he's certainly self educated when it comes to REI, however he doesn't seem to be making $$ from RE.
He's making money from these CD's, seminars, etc.
Honestly, his time will be limited in this market, his business models aren't sustainable (especially when enough people start talking in forums like this one!)

He'll adamantly deny it, but who would take it so personally as to waste hours/days talking about someone else's product(s) on a forum -- unless you were being paid to do so.
His uber-involvement is fairly suspicious to say the least.

I actually "wasted" all that time writing about someone else's product because it was being slandered by people who didn't even try it, or didn't use it to its full potential. How can one see results and another can't? The answer is simple... Implementation

I already knew no matter how much proof I provided, given this is the internet, that there would still be skeptics/critics. Therefore, I went in this with the mindframe of giving people the truth and educating them on someone who I've been personally Mentored by for the past 2yrs.

for one: beverly evans is my aunt, married to jim evans my uncle. that would make them both marks aunt and uncle.  they do live at 51 community dr. i am at 71 community dr right now.

i saw mark on saturday for his sisters baby shower. he is currently driving an $80,000 mercedes g-wagon. he also recently bought a house and his neighbor is deangelo hall.

oh im sorry that this has taken awhile to respond. i am now in the marine corps but for fun i thought about checking out these forums because its funny that people doubt mark evans.

okay to clear things up. my father is david timothy evans sr. he at the time of your post was 53. I am david timothy evans II and i am pictured on the website where you can see mark and deena in new york.

i personally worked for him for the summer between my junior and senior year in high school and i have obviously known him all my life.

my family is a very large family and most of us are not wealthy by any means. most of my family works at blue collar jobs and a lot of my family has served in the military at one point. mark is the only person in my family who has taken a risk to become great at what he does and is very successful for it.

mark is very good with real estate. he networks non stop and meets people everywhere he goes.

he knows what he is doing and his students benefit from what he teaches.

but the background checks that people have done on him are close, but not accurate. the community drive address is his aunt and uncles house. on that same street his cousins live in a separate house, and his aunt lives in another house. we have 4 different family members living on that one street. that town is so small that it is considered a village. and jim evans who lives at 51 community drive was the mayor of kirkersville for a few years. kirkersville is very small, it is considered a village.

marks parents live about 15 minutes from kirkersville in another small country town called baltimore, ohio. that is where he is from and he has changed his life greatly since then if you ever visit that place.

the evans family in ohio is very large. me and mark are in the same generation in our family despite the age difference. our parents come from 8 brothers and sisters. it is a large family so i can understand your sources being wrong from your little background investigation.

I have had very good luck with Mark Evans DM!  I have found the people that bad mouth other people didn"t follow directions! They don't take action! Mark is a solid person I like him alot!

Don't waste your money on any courses by Mark Evans "DM".  The only deal he is involved in is stealing your money.  I paid $5000 for mentoring and real estate info and got nothing!!!!  This is a definite scam and I want it known that I will go all over the internet with this review to stop the stealing of innocent people's money..

Yes he travels the world
Yes He is a real estate genius

Ok....So How do I know all this

I am one of the many Remodeling company owners that does work for mark on a regular basis!

I speak directly with Mark weekly as well as meet with his partners on a regular basis

Has mark made me rich? NO but he is not afraid to invest his money in a company as small as mine to ensure his investments are well taken care of

I by no means could tell you if the system he sells actually works, I work on real estate I do not sell it

However yes rumors are true...Mark is a real estate genius He has never stepped foot into any buildings I work on but has the time in his buisy schedule to overlook every step of the way with the work I do

How do I know he travels the world? Mark only can meet with me when it is his time over there I recieve emails from Mark all through the night so one of two things is happening either mark is nocturnal (bad for buisness) or he really is in another country I am guessing that Mark is not nocturnal Feel free to reply to this if you like I do not work for Mark Evans DM Mark is MY customer so I can assure you that he is very real and also very smart at what he does

I am not trying to sell his product in any way shape or form but would I like to make the money he does, that goes without question...I do not know if the method he uses is the same as the product he sells but if it is Then yes I would buy this
