We are, Anna - Nichole - Michael, looking to develop our first large scale multi-use development in Florida.  Our general plans include purchasing ocean front property in order to build approximately 20 stories, and this area has no height limitations, with first floor being retail space, other floors being 1-2-3 bedroom condos with the top two floors being penthouses.  There are two properties that have just been finished in the area and they were both pre-sold before the first shovel of dirt was moved.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Are you still looking into the possible multi-use/condo construction project in Florida?

We are currently funding a 300 unit in Fla and might be able to answer a few questions.

Begards,
