So you need a foreclosure letter huh??? Well then, I guess all you need to do is join your own website, purchase your own book (I really recommend that you actually READ IT TOO!!!!!!!!) and start posting some questions or requests at the site. Maybe just maybe you will learn something from it, I mean it does have some awesome marketing skills there you know. It's only $25, and I think you might be able to afford it. That's about all the help I'm gonna give ya. Actually you need to throw some things my way, I need all the help I can get.

your letter really sums up a lot of things the owner needs to be aware of.  

Since you sent out so many letters, have you had a decline in your response rate?
