Anyone use Text Messaging on your signs?

Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience using property text messaging on your We Buy Houses signs. I talked with a guy at our real estate club here in Seattle who was doing beta testing for Realtyunwired and he said that it worked great for him because he said it allowed him to keep a record of all the people who inquired on his signs.

Realtyunwired doesn't offer the We Buy Houses signs but I'm thinking I could just get those through another company and just use RU's texting codes.

Any thoughts?
