I'm trying to start investing in real estate, I've found several properties up for foreclosure. But I have no money to purchase these properties(all of them under 60,000). My credit is not too good. So I need to find another way of financing. I have some collateral. Any suggestions on what I can do to get money to finance my projects?

yes, find a parter with good credit to do an split. As far as a short sale.. get your ss package ready and your BPO and your structural bid and know how to negoiate with the mitigation depatment. If trustee .. forget it...

No money, no credit your only option is lease option contract.
