how do you find commercial land buyers

I am in Las Vegas and looking for buyers to purchase land.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

It depends on what kind of land is it...desert?

Just kidding.  It depends on the best use of the land.  Would that be residential homes, apartments, shopping centers.  What is it currently zoned for?

Once you know what the best use is, then you can target your requests to developers of those property types.  You can place an ad in the paper, network at associations (you can also post flyers at these meetings), or you can get a realtor to list it for you (I'm assuming you are the owner of the property).
