Hi all!

  Just joined the board and am a novice/prospective RE investor from the Northern NJ area.  What I have going on right now is some cash and an investment partner who is willing to invest in RE.  I have been looking into this field for about a month now and have been pretty overwhelmed by the amount of options available to RE investors.  I looked into pre-foreclosures but am finding a hard time coming up with a strategy to find any.  Fixer-uppers are intriguing but as some of you might already know, NJ RE is very competitive at this time.  I am extremely motivated to succeed in this and am encouraged by my own recent experience.  I bought a 2BR condo in a great area a year ago and it has appreciated by 75K.  So, I guess what I am looking for is maybe some suggestions or insights into anyone in the same situation in this area.  Thank you in advance!
