Anyone that can help with this please reply.  I have contracted a property in San Antonio and wish to wholesale by simultaneous close.  I am in DFW and the seller is in DFW.  Buyer will surely be in San Antonio.  I'm thinking the only way is with a title co that has locations in both places.  Does anyone know of an agreeable title co, or a better way to do this?

Thanks,  Pat
