Info Services in Illinois similar to Dataquick or Realquest

Are there any online services that are similar to Dataquick or Realquest that focus on Cook County Illinois? I am ready to send out mailers based on marketing lists of absentee owners, out-of-state owners, vacant building owners, mortgages that are ARMS or are a certain length  (5 years or more or less) and any other logical criteria that I can come up with. I am new to marketing to homeowners except to the ones in foreclosure, which "everyone" markets to. I also will be running comps as well.
