"Flip this House" appreciation thread

What a great show. I'm glad A&E started following around professional investors instead of a different amateur flipper every episode. I was disappointed that they aren't covering the North Carolina crew this season, but the San Antonio crew is growing on me, and I'm still learning a lot from the show.

It's a reality show on A&E that follows a team of professional real investors, who buy, renovate, and flip houses. You get to see the process from start and finish -- very informative and entertaining.

Oooh that's great news. Any idea when the show's airing and what it will be called?

I emailed him through his website and asked him. He e mailed me back to my suprise and said he was shooting as we spoke and the new show did not have a name but will debut in the spring. I posted the e-mail in another thread dedicated to the show.

Are you talking about Richard from Trademark Properties in South Carolina?
If so, I'd love to hear the story about how he got started, too. I do know in one episode where he renovated campus housing at Clemson, he mentioned that was where he went to school and learned about real estate.

I am trying now. But I have done horrible things and want to get past it and be a better person. It is an everyday struggle. It is hard to explain.

I caught what I think was an older episode lst week. It was a black guy. I have not seen him before. Anyhow, I like him but he has a guy under him who is borderline incompitent. He had an excuse for everything that hid did wrong and never accepted any blame. He needs to be fired.
