WHAT DO I DO?

I am wholesaling a property, someone connected me with a buyer but they jacked the fee up so high that now one of the parties is going to have to bring cash to closing when they were trying to avoid that due to the situation surrounding the sell of the home, foreclosure. If they had 10K they would not be in foreclosure. The person who brought the buyer will not back their fee (35K) down to reflect the funds to close even though they would still make over 20K and I can't back my fee down without starving. Problem is the other wholesalers fee agreement is illegal and therefore not valid I can completely cut her out of the deal but I feel horrible and don't want to do it but she's not leaving me much of a choice... I need a priest.   ???  :'(

Why?  Didn't the "person who brought the buyer" abuse you enough...?
