Hello, I live in Casper, Wyoming and have a house that needs quite a bit of rehab,(purchase at $35000) with COMPS around area in last 18 months betwen $79,800 and $159,467. There is great potential for profit and this would be my first deal/flip. So if there is anone here or somewhere that is willing to help me ou ton this. I dont want to loose this deal! This is a gold mine waiting to be let loose!

Have you tried a hard money lender?  They can be expensive but it's easy and most of the time cheaper than a 50/50 partner split.
