this is actually comical and i had to say i enjoyed the comments. Ive been to two courses " you know the ones that are way too expensive". Yeah i was one of those suckers. Anyway suprisingly they said to tell the sellers or whoever you are delaing with that you've done numerous deals and that you have this and that backing you and that you are purchasing 100 properties in the next year. I believe a few of you know the company im talking about by that last sentence. Anyway most of the time if you are dealing with someone selling their house they wont care because you are giving them something they want and you are getting something you want. Its a win win deal. If they are concerned with your experience or expertise in the field of real estate, then think to yourself who does this more often you or them. ITS YOU! thats why you are doing this and their not! Dont blatantly lie to them, get the deal done and move on to the next one.

Lying should never be an option. If you get busted lying on a job interview, guess what, you're TOAST!!!!
I got busted lying in a job interview once when I was in high school. The person interviewing me did not let on that he knew I was lying, but as I was leaving the interview he thanked me for coming in and then suggested that I not stop looking for a job. Taught me a very valuble lesson that day. Nobody likes thieves or liars.

Most of the military schools have a rule that all students must sign up to: "I will not lie, cheat, or steal nor tolerate those that do"...this means that if you have knowledge of the act and do not act on it, you are just as guilty as those that actually perform the act...kinda makes the thing 'self-policing'...

It's a very short trip down from the top of your so-called ladder. But in your case, we're looking at a step-ladder in comparison. The odds are going to catch up with you if there not already in the works as I write. I'm sure your family is very proud.
I do give you credit for openly expressing your tremendous lack of ethics and morals. I don't think there's one person alive that hasn't pondered stepping over the legal line to benefit themselves in one way or another, but morals and ethics keep us honest.
You're a lurking
preditor
constently looking for your next victim. You're no different than any other scum-of-the-earth preditor looking to benefit from someone elses weakness or short comings. You've got such a tremendous lack of confidence and self-esteem that you don't or can't fit within the rest of society so you lie to cover up even more lies that you can't face within yourself.
The frightening result and your ultimate downfall may not come from various rotten and deceitful deals, but will come on the day you take an honest look at yourself in the mirror. Nothing or no one in this world can save you from yourself. You'll be you're own worst enemy....ouch, that's a frightening realization.

unfortunately, a lot of your competitors are lying. you just have to be creative and figure out ways to win without compromising your integrity.

I'm locking this thread, the user that started it has been deleted and continuing to argue against him is a moot point.
