I paid alot to different mentors. I was in middle of short sale and I was asking quetion from my mentors but they didn't help me the way I listen to Ryan & Angie and Claude teleseminar through REIclub. I got register my self to go to short sale boot camp and I know I will learn alot. Because its easy to say do short sale but when the time is coming to you, you  don't know how to get help?! even though you know the process. In my opinion is better to pay 5000 or 10000 but to learn the right way. Plus there is funding source available through them you can pay 5 points and get funding. Also there is site you can pay 50.00 dollars and get your necessary forms. Especially to make preliminary HUD-1.

I have never attend a Ryan Tewis seminar-not have I ever had any personal contact with him or his group.  I just wanted to mention that I belong to a nationwide real estate attorney and broker discussion forum and Ryan's "training/lesson" emails are constantly broadcast to our group by reputable professionals as "gray area, borderline illegal if not entirely illegal"  They are a frequent source of discussion among professionals that aim to keep all real estate transactions 100% legal and appropiate.  Just my thoughts to you-

I think they are walking in the grey area, (someone is knowingly stripping equity from the lender)  Kind of like people that "buy" houses in pre-foreclosure and rent them back to the owners(grey; but can be done eithically and legally, but a lot of people get sued for it).

This pertains to almost Any Guru out there...if they are soooooo good at what they teach, why are they not out buying and selling property instead of charging suckers thousands of dollars to attend a bootcamp where you learn everything you can already find in this forum for FREE???!!!!  So you pay thousands to get pumped up.  Just go buy some property instead!
