REI Management Software Wishlist

Hi,

I’m Jean and I’ve been lurking for almost a month now.   I’m glad I found this website and I’ve enjoyed reading all of the post.  I’ve really learned a lot here.

I would like to know if you were looking for REI management software what kind of tools would you like to see in a software package?  (ex. Track mailings, Analysis, Fill-in Forms, etc…)  Please be specific a friend would like me to write the requirements for a new REI software program.  List anything that you are presently doing that you would like to automate in order to better manage your busines.
