Does anyone here have a strategy for buying and quicly reselling luxury homes for a small profit. I mean between $50,000-$100,000 on a $1 to  Million home?

Yes, really simple...  Market the expired listings for these properties.
Get an option at 65-70% of market value, hold an auction and sell at around
82-85%.  Load the house up with some other stuff you can get on  consignment and make a percentage...  Marco style.

Best Regards,

Jeff,

you really got me intrigued. Can you please clarify this a little more. I would love to be a part of these kind of deals. Do two of those in a year and that's it.

I also have other investors I acn pool in.

Right now have commitments of 150K or so with 50 of my own.

Please help

Sunny

Howdy Sunny:

Jeff has not posted in a while. He must be busy with his website webuyhousesforcash.com. You may want to PM him or email for a faster response or one at all. LOL
