Is it possible to obtain a no doc HELOC of 50k with 61% LTV, mid 500 credit score, no mortgage lates on present mortgage?

If your midscore is over 500 you may be able to cashout. My concern is the low loan amount. Most non-prime lender shy away from cashout under 70k because they pay 3rd party fees. Are you self employed? or is your income hard to verify? I can use bankstatements if you have them. 12 months personal. 24 months if buisness and that will act as full doc.
