Hello everyone. I am a new investor. Was wondering how I could find courses on title searches. Maybe online ones??

Your state bar association might have an inexpensive book on the subject.   For example, the SC state bar (I live in SC) sells a publication called Handbook for South Carolina Dirt Lawyers.  It costs $65 plus shipping.

According to the catalogue description, chapter topics include traps for the unwary, ethics, searching titles, insurable title vs. marketable title, basic title insurance, endorsements, affirmative coverage, basic bankruptcy for real estate practitioners, fraud and forgery, selected title issues, useful Web sites and more!  

Perhaps your own state bar association has a similar resource that will meet your needs.
