Thanking you in advace for your help and forget the advertisement that runs first. I was asked about this from some auctioneers who would like an outside opinion that are involved with auctioning real estate.

To me, it's saying that auctions are still an effective way to sell, but live auctions may be slowing down.  Ebay started the shift to auctions moving on-line and I'm seeing more and more live auctions being held with simultaneous on-line bidding.
