Marketing Madness. . .

I am going to throw this out here. I know most of you do not live in my area of South Florida, but this could work anywhere. It's not like this hasn't been done before, but it is definitely something that coud work.

Would anyone be interested in joining a type of mareting empire, where say everyone "chips in" on a monthly basis to afford the type of marketing large companies have the capital to accomplish. I am talking about billboards, commercials, radio, mailings. When the calls come in they are routed to the investor, that "owns" a certain area, based on area code or zip code. we could market to buy everything from shacks to million dollar homes, not just you know what.

Just think. . .  If you could afford $500 a month in marketing.
If we got only 15 investors to join, thats $7500 a month for marketing. I am not sure yet, but I would think that on that scale you could increase your ROI. The $7500 is just 15 investors, what if 25 or 30? Ofcourse, there would have to be a limit.  

Just a thought. . . I think we need to stop being so competitive and join teams to form one large empire. We could dominate an area. Possibly make more money. Let me hear your thoughts.
