If that was on its own lot, I'd buy it!!!  Here in Ohio, I know people that are getting $500-$600 for single-wides.  They can be GREAT rentals.  I have two doublewides and have been looking for a mobile home park!

Not on its on lot, this park has the about 15' apart or so.  Also they are all older and trashy as are the tenants.  I don't think they rent to quickly and vacancies are probably a bad problem with them.  People just don't live in trailers here very often, even poor people.

Speaking of "trailers" .....   I have an audio CD some guru sent me that said we don't call them trailers anymore.  He said the only trailer involved with mobile homes is the trailer that you'll need to haul all the money to the bank!!!  I believe that, don't you?

I would believe it in other markets, I've seen a bunch of people on these forums that make good money with them.  In this market no way....
