Hello Everyone, I have recently discovered that R&E Property Management is under investigation from Youngstown P.D.  They had not returned my calls for over a month and all numbers have been disconnected. After contacting Y.P.D. they informed me that R&E is under investigation for fraud and misappropriation of escrow funds in the 100-200k range. Looks like I am out $3k and looking for a new PM.
