Hi
I have a house that I taken "subject to"do somebody can tell me what is the best way to postpone a sheriff sale that is going to be held on April 30.I'am in PA and the next sheriff sale is going to be on June 16 that will buy me more time

Pay the taxes?  How much is owed?

You may be able to talk to someone at the county tax office, or the attorney's office that is conducting the foreclosure, and ask them to hold off if you are willing to pay something.
