Despite all of the negative press about the re market Donald Trump still would get into real esate right now if he were starting over.  Read this little Q/A that was in Forbes Magazine:  http://www.realentrepreneur.com/?feed=rss2

most people seem to either love Donald or hate him.  i like him.   just finished reading "How to Get Rich" and "Think Like a Billionaire"  i recommend them both.

"The Art Of The Deal" is my favorite Donald book. It's actually REALLY good, and even the anti-Donald folks would like it. Also checkout George H. Ross's book about Donald [I can't think of what it's called, but you can find it if you search by author on Amazon.com]...it's very interesting to read a 3rd party perspective of Trump...and hear from someone who has made deals & deals with him.

Nice article, Rich.

While we're adding to the "Donald List", I'll throw in
another suggestion.

The Trumps: Three Generations That Built An Empire
by Gwenda Blair

It details the life & business history of not only Donald, but of his
father (Fred), and his grandfather (Friedrich).
It's over 500 pages, but an excellent read.

If you want to be wealthy then do what wealthy people do, The Donald is not a bad person to follow for wealth.

Ok. I'm sold. I've heard too many times that the book is really good, so I'm buying.
