Hey all

Just curious if anyone has heard of him?  He looks like he sells some kind of website that gives you leads?

Anyway, he's coming to my local REIA meeting next month.  We generally have pretty good speakers, like last month we had Robert Shemin.  Thanks

Yes, not sure how exactly his system works, but usually for such sites, you buy exclusive rights to a county and pay per lead or per month. They range from $35 to $70 per lead, and upwards of $2000 per month.

What you get in return is any submitted house for sale online. Go to a search engine and type "we buy houses", that is basically how they work.

Not sure if he sells hosting as well.

Sounds relatively expensive.

I guess -- if one lead, worth 35-70$, materializes -- it's well worth.

You have to see how much per lead is it costing you now before you find a good deal. It may not be for everyone, but it could turn into a deal or two per month depending on how good you are at closing deals. I subscribe to such service, and I must say, most if not all so far have been tight deals. I don't mind that since I do sub2, but it may not be so good for deep discounters or rehabbers.
