Books on the Wholesaling/Foreclosures Business

I was wondering if anyone can recommend any books or guides on the wholesaling and foreclosure business. I would like the book to include things such as marketing techniques, how to structure deals, negotiations, flipping the properties to investors, etc. If these are available from online stores (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.) that would be great.

All you have to do is a search in the archives. This topic has been written a dozen times. Look up Steve Cook, Vena Jones-Cox are two of the more prominent wholesalers who have written very detailed books and courses on the subject, pretty much exactly what your looking for.
