Simple Question, before i call and ask

Do HML lend to LLC's ??

I was thinking of starting up an LLC to hold my properties and due to low credit score ~600 and little down i am thinking one of my options is rehab to raise capital.

You can take title in the LLC but will be required to personally guarantee the loan. Your credit will be a factor in most cases.

There are some HMLs who actually prefer/require that you title in a LLC. Just ask before you commit; sometimes you can get what you want, you just have to ask.
