Double closing in Utah

I talked to a title company about double closing and the said that the law hs changed and utah no longer accepts doulbe closings.  If there are any Utah investors out there maybe you could shed some light on this

Did you ask all the title co's?
You still can do a double by purchasing using a LLC and at closing sell your management/member position.
