Here is Los Angeles there is a home for sale at $18,000,000. A buyer is interested in the home, he will put $5,000,000 cash down but wants to do stayed income and verified asset.
The home will be purchased  by his famil'y trust located in Israel.

What mortgage companies can do this type of loan?

Good Luck!  All of the normal "Super Jumbo" Lenders that I deal with will not go that high.  I remember seeing something from a company called ACCESS CAPITAL GROUP/TEL-STAR.  They supposedly will do super-jumbo loan amounts up to $22M with a min FICO as low as 580 and a max LTV of 75%.  I do not have any more information than that.
