Instead of me using my money as earnest money. How can you state it into the contract for it to become paid at close,. and have the buyer biggrin of the assigned contract pay for the earnest money, How can this be done?

Earnest Money is paid upfront and credited at closing. There is no point of paying earnest money at closing since it would be mute point. Are you talking about title companies requiring it? if so, establish good relation with title company then you can get away without providing any.
